  • The School Management follows strict guidelines and regulations for admissions. The Admission procedure begins with a registration along with necessary documents. The procedure involves registration along with submission of documents, test and interview.The School Management reserves to itself the right to admit or refuse pupils seeking admission to the school without furnishing any reasons whatsoever. Similarly, the management decides when the question of retaining a student in school arises. A parent or a guardian of a new student seeking admission to Nursery must note that the following attachments are necessary at the time of registration of forms:

    • A photocopy of the original Municipal/Cantt. Board/Gram Panchayat Birth Certificate.
    • Two recent passport size photographs of the child.
    • One recent passport size photograph of the child with his/her parents.
    • No child less than 3 years of age or more than 4 years by the beginning of the school academic year will be admitted to Nursery.

    Students joining Class II or above cannot be admitted unless his previous recognized school’s Transfer Certificate is produced. Admission to class XI will be based on the results of class X and the personal interview/counselling.

    The admission fee, annual fee, development charges and the first installment of the tuition fees must be paid in advance to complete the admission formalities. After the completion of the admission process, no fees will be refunded under any circumstance.


    Fees shall be deposited by 10th of every month with Axis Bank (Najibabad & Kotdwar), Outstation parents can remit payment through bank draft drawn in favour of Principal, Gurukul International Academy payable on any bank at Najibabad. Payment by Cheque is not accepted.

    Late Fee Fine :

    Late fee fine at the rate of Rs.10/- per day shall be charged after the due date. Names of children who do not deposit fee by the last day of the month shall be struck off rolls. Such students shall have to seek re-admission after payment of re-admission charges of Rs.500/- along with fees and the fine due.

    Refund of Caution Money

    Caution money must be claimed within three months of the child leaving the school or it will lapse.

    Withdrawal Notice

    Notice of withdrawal must be given one month in advance.
